How can I protect my spouse or my partner?

You may grant the same rights (right of use, right to the return of an asset, etc.) to your spouse or partner as those you have kept for yourself regarding the transferred asset. Thus the spouse or partner may continue to use the property or other heritage assets assigned to him or her after your death or to benefit from services. The beneficiary of a right of use (usufruct or right of abode), of a right to the return of the asset or to a (monthly) payment may be not only the person who hands over the asset, but also any other person (including your spouse or partner).
